Night(mare) before Christmas

Yesterday (it's already 12 am ^^), I went to Puri Mall with Dion to watch Bodyguards and Assassins. We were too punctual, because we arrived 15 minutes before the movie. After we bought the tickets, we met Moni (one of my best friends) and her bf, Vincent.

I think the movie is very good. But, Dion though it was only so-so. ^^
Hmm, I think, maybe because I know a little bit about Sun Yat-sen's story. Oh, I forgot to tell you. This film tells the story about a group of "Bodyguards" protecting Sun Yat-sen from "Assassins" in Hong Kong. It's a very intense movie, especially in the fighting scene. By the way, this film featuring Hong Kong all-star cast, such as Leon Lai, and Donnie Yen. Also, Fan Bing Bing, a China Mainland artist, is beautiful ^^

Anyway, I'd like to tell you about a movie, the title is "The Soong's Sisters". The story is about Sun Yat-sen and his second wife. Nah, his wife is one of three daughters of the famous Soong family in Shanghai that time. From this movie, I know that, actually, Sun Yat-sen was 26 years older than his second wife. *ck3* This film featuring Michelle Yeoh.

After watching Bodyguards and Assassins, Dion and I went home. When I arrived home, I found a letter from SGU. I was wondering what's inside it. Ah, it was letter about I hadn't hand in the colorblindness test letter from doctor. *argh* I hate it! I remember I had hand it over! This means, I had to do the eye test again. *yah~*

By the way, Merry Christmas everybody! Let the best of joy, the best of cheer for Christmas and the coming year. Yup! Coming year. New year is coming, I must think about my next year resolution (is it right in English?) from now. ^^ And I know one already, I mustn't spend a lot of time in front of laptop! For example, I spend pretty much time to write a new blog post *OH NO!* Must be faster next time!

GI with friends

Yesterday, 22th Dec, Dion and I went to GI with our friends: Rico, Kenny, Metta, Bernard, and William "beo".
We ate Dairy Queen ice cream. There is promo with BCA card buy 2 get 3 for Blizzard. I chose Caramel Kit Kat, Rico chose choco banana, and Bernard chose choco extreme. I think Bernard's one is the most delicious. Because mine is only vanilla ice cream with Kit Kat on top, and as soon as the Kit Kat is eaten, it's just only vanilla ice cream, and it taste like MCD's vanilla ice cream. Rico's ice cream is also delicious, but it's only choco powder + banana. And extra banana is extra money. But Bernard's ice cream is rich of chocolate, and overall it's more worth than Rico's and my ice cream.

And then, we watch Law Abiding Citizens, starring by Gerard Butler and Jamie Foxx. I think this movie is great! Actually I like it more than Avatar. The end of the movie, for me, is unpredictable. And, the meaning of the story is good. I just can't describe it with words. You should watch it! After watching this movie, I just feel that justice is very difficult to find. *ck3*

By the way, when I googled Gerard Butler, I found that he will do voice cast in a movie "How to Train Your Dragon", which will be in theater in March 2010.

Second week of holiday

On Sunday 13th Dec, I went to Muara Karang market with my mother and my father. As usual, we eat breakfast first. And then my mother and I go shopping. We bought some shampoos, a Wella hair mask, and a Gatsby blot paper. In the afternoon, me, Dion, and Kenny went out again. This time, we went to Puri Indah Mall. We ate at food court. Kenny and I began to talk about our junior high school memory. It was so much fun. After that, we played at XXI. First, Kenny and I play a shooting game that we didn't know the name. It was too difficult I think. So, we moved to another one, named Rambo. Yes, that Rambo that Sylvester Stallone played in. My hands were a little bit weary, because the gun is heavy. So, Dion replaced me. After that, with the left coins, Dion and Kenny play racing games. Dion is so funny. They were having so much fun.
After that, Dion and I headed to Senayan City Mall to meet Rico. We would midnight shopping sale. I met 2 new friends there, Daniel Dks and Karen. They are friends of Rico at Australia. It was fun, but I bought nothing that night. :)


Monday, 14th Dec, me, Dion, Kenny and Rico went to Anggrek Mall. Initially, we thought that another friend of mine, Chriz would go to. But, because of some misunderstood, he didn't go. We ate at MCD and then, we watched Zombieland. It's not a bad movie anyway.


Friday, 18th Dec, me, Dion, Lizda, Kenny, and Kenny's gf (Metta) went to Emporium Mall. I took Lizda out with us, because I had promised her to take her whenever I want to watch Avatar. But, that day was a national holiday, so the theater was so crowded and we didn't get any tickets. Finally, we only had dinner there, and chit chat for around 1,5 hours.

On 19th Dec, Lizda's report was handed out, and parents should go to school to take it. But my parents were too lazy, so they told me to go. So, me, Winda (my another sister, older than Lizda), and Lizda went to Lizda's school, Bunda Hati Kudus junior high school. After taking her report, we decided to go to Citraland Mall. But we were too early, the shops haven't open yet.. We went home at around 11.00am. We were having so much fun, because I bought some cute earrings and some greeting cards (in case I need it).

In the afternoon, Lizda went to piano lesson. After she went home, we watched The Proposal at DVD. Suddenly, Dion came to my house and took us (me, Lizda, and my youngest sister, Bellinda) to Puri Indah Mall to watch Avatar *WOW! So happy!*. We arrived there at 5.00 pm (I drove my car, so we arrived late). And we only get the 9.00pm tickets. We decided to went to my house and went back at around 8.30pm. Before we went home, we decided to eat something first. We also met our univ friend, Polar and his gf. There was something funny when I was about to pay the parking fee. My hand couldn't reach the man, so Lizda off the car and pay him. I couldn't stop laughing.

After eating dinner, we went back to Puri Mall, and we got to the theater directly. The movie is great! I like it! The effect is great! ^^ Thx darling for taking us!

First week of holiday

Actually I want to start writing yesterday, but I was helping my sister's (Winda) assignment lately. Ck3, pity her. She hadn't been sleeping enough lately, due to her assignments and exams. And yesterday (this morning actually), I slept at 3.00am, and guess what? My sister did not sleep at all! :( But today it's over. Her exam is over, and her assignment has been handed to her teacher. Congratz Win! :)


And now, I can spend my time with this blog *hooray* ^^V
Yeah, after finished my 3rd semester training at VTC-Siemens (I will tell you later about it) at 4th December, I started my crazy holiday. First day of my holiday that is the 5th December (Saturday) I was having my German course at Goethe-Institute Jakarta in the morning. In the afternoon, I went to Taman Anggrek Mall with my best friends Erlia, Agatha, and Stephanie. FYI, we had been friends since junior high school. Long enough, huh? :) Everytime we meet, we will exchange gifts. That day, I gave them some hairclips that I bought from Medan ( I would also tell you the story later). As for me, I got some snacks. Ho3 I love snacks.

We watched Twilight Saga : New Moon. No comment for this movie, because I don't really like Twilight *ho3*, if that wasn't for them, I would not watch that movie. Ha3...
On the same day, my lovely bf, Dion and my sisters (Lizda and Bellinda), went to a toys exhibition. They also had a great day. They bought me some Chibi Maruko Chan's figures.

At 7th December, my bf and I went out with one of our best friend, Rico. We were excited, because Rico just come back from Melbourne to Jakarta. First, we had luch near Rico's house. We chit chat, laughed, and even gossiped. After lunch, we headed to Grand Indonesia Mall. I won't tell what movie we had watch, because I'm afraid of it T_T pity me..

On the next day, that is Tuesday, my univ friends and I went to one of Jakarta's most famous shopping center (I'm sure everybody would agree), ITC Mangga Dua. I took Trans Jakarta bus to reach there. The trip was only around 30 minutes. I bought a blouse, 2 pairs of shoes, and a padded blazer. I spent around 4 hundred thousands rupiah (Rp400.000), included snacks of course. *ho3* And, how did I went home? I chose not to join the crowd in the bus, especially after the working time. I had experienced it before, the bus was very crowded. I ask my friend's bf to drop me at Dion's house. And finally Dion drove me home ^^


On Thursday afternoon, my bf and I went out with our another best friend, Kenny. FYI, Kenny and I was junior high school friend. We went to Central Park shopping center. I bought okonomiyaki, and we ate it together. Mostly, Dion and Kenny talked about games, games, and games. I got something from Kenny, a Kangaroo doll, and a box of chocolate. Yummy~

On Friday, there was something amazing happen to me! I cleaned up my room! Although it still a little bit chaos, but I had threw many unused things. Many thanks to my housemaids, they had helped me. We had a good time, right? :)

It's Saturday again, and it's time for Goethe again. That day was the final day of the quarter. At the break time, there were many books and magazines on a table in front of die Bibliothek (the library). Later, I found out that they were arranging a book fair. But the fair started at 11.00 am. That time was 09.00 am. I was very excited, and I know many people were too. We waited impatiently. It was very crowded! I used all of my energy to take some magazine. The crowded hit me here and there, but I still hold on. I sweated heavily. And finally I got 23 magazines + 2 books with only Rp27.000. Very cheap!!

After Goethe, me, Dion, my sister (Lizda), my sister's friend (Evan) and Rico went to play badminton. Dion, Rico and Evan were good at playing badminton. But still, Dion is the best! ^^
